Stephen C. Bolline II
Stephen Bolline joined Slates Harwell in 2015, bringing five years of prior experience practicing in the construction law field. However, Stephen also brings with him real-world construction skills.
Stephen received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas A&M in civil engineering and worked in high rise construction for a commercial general contractor before becoming a construction attorney. Stephen’s background and experience serve as an asset when developing cases and working with clients and expert witnesses. Stephen represents clients in all areas of the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties. Stephen’s experience is in construction contracts and complex commercial construction litigation, including second chair experience, involving contract claims, construction defects, fraud, payment disputes, and other construction-related claims.
Stephen enjoys being active outdoors. He is an avid runner who runs numerous races each year and also loves skiing, hunting, Camp Gladiator, and climbing 14ers. When indoors, Stephen enjoys cooking, live music, and Texas Aggie football.
